Kirtung 2001 Ltd.
|
"Kirtung" is proud to reveal a new technology method for industrial walls along
with an easy revolutionary assembly method. |
|
|
"Kirtung" consists of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) covered with gypsum in the internal side of a building and cement boards in the external side of the walls of a building, clean rooms' walls are covered with Trespa or Zinc designated for hospitals, hi-tech production lines etc.
The assembly method was strictly designed to grant the user the simplicity that
the inventor thought could be applied by anyone. "Kirtung" consists of no
concrete belts, nor plaster finishing, voids can be very easily opened in
assembled walls and so the closure of existing holes in pre-assembled walls. The
simplicity has not discarded the accompanying infrastructure areas such as
electricity, water installation, air conditioning, computer and gas foundation.
Building the house frame with double wall segment with a space between, provides
many advantages such as thermo and acoustic resistance and an easy space for all
the accompanying systems needed, without the use of stone cutting and drilling,
and extremely high fire resistance, for a building designated for permanent
residence, industrial buildings and hotels. Upon the completion of the building
method plan, it was inspected by the Israeli "building and infrastructure
testing laboratory" in the Israeli "Technion research and development
foundation" for technical strength and the set regular tests and achieved great
results. |
