The Method
| The Kirtung Building method is a 6 steps process – it can be used by any one – it requires no previous knowledge and needs no crane work, no special power tools, no cement pouring and no plastering after the assembly, because of the tough profile of the wall it needs no strengthening on order to enable attachment of heavy objects. |
| Smear existing wall and the floor with Kirtung's
Metal
Glue (supplied with the segments) after smearing the glue, place the T profiles. |
|
| Smear the place T profiles and the grooves of the first segment with Kirtung's unique Glue (Supplied with the segments). | |
| Place the first segment to its place and check its placement angle. | |
| A: Smear the placed segment and place the Cement
Stripe (Supplied with the segments), to the first segment.
B: Smear the Cement Stripe and the T profile and place the second segment. |
|
| Optional:
When the ceiling of a structure is very high, and there is no need to place the segments up to the ceiling, place Metal Profiles between segments and anchor it to the ceiling. |
|
| 2 hours after placing all the segment of a wall,
open voids simply using a JigSaw,
No concrete belt or metal holders needed to hold the segments to each other. |
